Our initial treatment is what we call an “initial flush out.” This service will be a thorough inside and outside service to gain control over the existing pest population. Initially, you may see a slight increase in pest activity as the pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks you should see this activity drastically decline.

Each service after the initial service will be an outside service to reinforce the perimeter barrier. This is to prevent insects from entering the home. This regular treatment is critical in maintaining the protective barriers and preventing infestations from occurring. At any time you notice more than the occasional pest around your home, you can call or text us to do a complimentary retreat!

Every Other Month (EOM) Service

This is our most common service that we offer. It is also the best value. Our EOM service includes an extensive initial service that will be done inside and outside of your home. The next service will be in 30 days, and begins your regular exterior barrier control. We will also address any issues you may have come across since our first visit. After this service we will return EOM to maintain the protective barrier.

We also offer other frequencies if you would prefer such as monthly, semi monthly, or quarterly.

Mosquito Service

We offer a monthly service where we perform a fog treatment around your home and make you aware of anything that may create a favorable home for mosquitos.

We also offer a seasonal mosquito service that allows you to choose the months you want the treatments.

We also offer a one time mosquito service if you are planning an outdoor event and want to make sure mosquitos are not an issue.

Bed Bug Service

This is a thorough service to treat a room or home for bed bugs. It does require prep work and after treatment work, but we will give you a checklist to help you make sure everything is addressed. This service will be tailored to your needs.

Termite Services

Our termite service is a liquid treatment around your home (around slabs or piers) according to the Structural Pest Control Commission guidelines. This includes treating the bath traps.

Our technician will do a complete inspection of your home and draw a graph. This will note all areas to be treated, any existing activity or damage, and other things specific to your home.

The termite contracts are set up in a manner where we do an initial treatment. and then each year it will renew during the month that your treatment was done. Every year during your treatment month we come out to the home and perform an inspection. If there is any activity, we will treat that area for no additional charge as long as you have paid your yearly renewal. Also, at any time throughout the year if you see something that concerns you, please call or text us and we will come out to inspect and treat the area if needed.
