Our initial treatment is what we call an “initial flush out.” This service will take place inside and outside to gain control over the existing pest population. Initially, you may see a slight increase in pest activity as the pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks you should see this activity drastically decline.

Each service after will be a outside to reinforce the perimeter barrier. This is to prevent insects from entering the home. This regular treatment is critical in maintaining the protective barriers and preventing infestations from occurring. At any time you notice more than the occasional pest around your home, you can call or text us to do a complimentary treatment.

This is our most common service that we offer. It is also the best value. Our EOM service includes an extensive initial service that will be done inside and outside of your home. The next service will be in 30 days, and begins your regular exterior barrier control. We will also address any issues you may have come across since our first visit. After this service we will return EOM to maintain the protective barrier.

We also offer other frequencies if you would prefer such as monthly, semi monthly, or quarterly.

We offer multiple options for the treatment of mosquitos. Planning an outdoor event and want to make sure mosquitos aren't an issue? Our one-time mosquito service may be for you. If you'd like to receive mosquito treatment during specific months, our seasonal option allows you to choose exactly when you'd like treatment.

Our last option is the monthly mosquito service where we perform a fog treatment around your home. Additionally, we also make you aware of anything that may create a favorable environment for mosquitos so that they are less of a problem in the future.

Our bed bug service is tailored to each customer's individual needs. It is used to treat a room or an entire home for bed bugs. It does require prep and after treatment work, but we will give you a checklist to make sure that everything is addressed.

Our termite service is a liquid treatment around your home (around slabs or piers) according to the Structural Pest Control Commission guidelines. This includes treating the bath traps.

Our technician will do a complete inspection of your home and draw a graph. This will note all areas to be treated, any existing activity or damage, and other things specific to your home.

Termite contracts are set up this way: we do an initial treatment and then each year it renews during the month of that first treatment. We come to your home yearly to perform an inspection of the termite treatment. If there is any activity, we treat that area for no additional charge as long as you have paid your yearly renewal. Also, at any time throughout the year if you see something that concerns you, please call or text us and we will come out to inspect and treat the area if needed.
