I wanted to post this review publicly because in all the days of my life, I have never had such great customer service. Ronald is an angel and such a respectful and loyal employee! Upon arriving, he introduced himself and began to ask us questions about our ant issue. He explained what he would do to repel and rid our homes and property of ants and then asked questions about any allergies, pets, etc. After the formalities, he went to work immediately. My mom was especially impressed with his uniform and his neat appearance and she felt bad that he'd have to get dirty. He assured her that is outer attire was not a factor whatsoever on what he was about to do and went to work. We were in shock when just a few minutes after, mom began dusting inside the home and there was not an ant in sight. I went outside and again, I did not see any ants. More than that, Ronald was very enduring and compassionate with my elderly mom and he explained how much he loved his job and how much he valued assisting th customers. His job performance and customer service skills were beyond perfect. As customers, it made our day that someone was so trustworthy, professional, and excellent at the job. Today it is really hard to find employees who actually care about the customers.
